Kaammini Chanrai is an experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion professional, with a background in organisational change and transformation.
She is currently the Equity & Inclusion Director at Brentford Football Club. She was previously the Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Warner Bros. Discovery, working on content and productions, and prior to that led Diversity & Inclusion at Vodafone UK. Her career in this space started as the Gender Research and Policy Manager at Business in the Community. Kaammini used to work in local government on transformational projects with a focus on homelessness and domestic abuse, and started her career at Refuge, where until recently she volunteered at the National Domestic Violence Helpline. Kaammini founded Gender and the City – an intersectional and feminist website upon completion of her MsC in Gender, Development and Globalisation at the London School of Economics.
